HOUSE GOOD VIEW IV
I 2014
On a generous plot of land, this project is built on about two thirds of the lot through a pavilion made up of two volumes, aligned bodies that, fifteen meters apart and joined by a roof slab, reserve the service and intimate wing volumes. This configuration was based, above all, on absorbing the best views and light present there, as well as maintaining the distance from the neighboring plot, guaranteeing the residents' privacy.
Reinforcing a clean reading of two blocks, the house has few openings, occasionally turning in on itself through internal courtyards for some service areas and the caretakers' bedrooms.
The biggest spice is reserved for the wooden tray between the volumes which, together with an extensive floor that extends outwards on both main façades, marks the transition from a courtyard at the entrance to a garden at the back. This configuration gives the idea of a square that houses the entire social area of the house, leaving out only the hot tub and sauna on one side, and the pool patio on the other.
