I 2003
The first building designed by the firm for the first project of the Idea!Zarvos development company, 4X4 was born from the idea of a moldable apartment that could be adapted to the use of each resident. For this reason, pipes were concentrated in the vertical circulation, blending in with the wood covering the railings.
Built at the beginning of the verticalization of the Vila Madelena neighborhood, it fits the scale of the neighborhood, which, being quite residential, was still an area unexplored by developers.
