Positioned looking out onto three very different streets, the Alba building is implemented by appropriating the triangular shape of the plot, creating a space that, at the same time as it looks back on itself - sharing a common space with a swimming pool, lawn and lounges for different uses - it also looks out onto its surroundings through its large windows, relating to the surroundings of the Jardim das Bandeiras neighborhood. 

In response to the coefficient of utilization and the unevenness of the terrain, a dissociation of volumetry is born which, divided between the base and the towers, has a parking garage on its second floors, positioning the common areas on an elevated first floor. Higher up and detached from this block are the residential units, mostly oriented towards the sunrise and privileged views of the city skyline. 

Among a range of five typologies, the apartments offer flexibility of layout through spacious rooms and concentration of the pillars at the ends. Inspired by the modernist architecture of Higienópolis, the floor-to-ceiling frames distribute natural light and ventilation.

The third tower, considerably smaller than the others and intended for duplex apartments, has 40 open onto Heitor Penteado Street, it has exclusive access, separating it from the first condominium.
