The deep and regular plot suggests a simple and concise geometry. 

Raised on pilotis, the large projecting mass is "perforated" in an irregular way, making it possible to create an atrium that articulates all the circulation systems and to obtain a second source of lighting and ventilation for the commercial units. 

At the extremities, the largest units meet the program's demand. 

The open, open-plan first floor establishes a clear continuity with the neighboring common spaces, while at the same time constituting the main living and leisure space. 

The volumetric clarity of the entire building is interrupted here and there by openings with colored elements juxtaposed to the façade. 

The double-height rooms, a contractual premise, facing both east and west, are set back from the alignment of the façade, thus guaranteeing greater protection from the sun and making it possible to create horizontal landscaped railings. These continuous "greens", in addition to fulfilling the function of a protective brise, emphasize a clear vocation for integrating the building with its surroundings.
